About This Event / イベントについて
UMEDA SKY BUILDING Christmas 2026 runs 13 November to 25 December. The official name is not a generic winter illumination. It is a three-level programme at Shin-Umeda City: Wonder Square on 1F, the Floating Garden Observatory on 40F, and Takimi Koji on B1F.
The plaza is free. A 25 m LED mapping tree with about 130,000 lights sits in the middle of Wonder Square. The tree is lit 12:00–23:00. Wonder Christmas Marche huts sell food, drinks, and official goods 12:00–22:00, last order 21:30. Staff may make the plaza one-way when it is crowded.
Evening shows change by month. MUSIC SELECTION I runs 13–21 November, 18:00–21:30. MUSIC SELECTION II runs 22–30 November, same hours. From 1 December the main programme THE STARLIGHT TOWN plays about six minutes at :00 and :30, last show 21:30. The 2026 limited mug is 900 yen. A gacha of past mugs is 500 yen per play.
STARLIT CHRISTMAS on the 40F deck uses the same dates and needs a Floating Garden ticket. Adults 2,000 yen, ages 4 to elementary 500 yen. Hours 09:30–22:30, last entry 22:00. Use the dedicated observatory entrance, not the office lifts. Chinese restaurant San-kyu on 39F sells Christmas dinner seatings on 23–25 December.

Tips / アドバイス
Stand in Wonder Square first. The tree show does not need a ticket.
先にワンダースクエアへ。ツリーのショーに入場券は要らない。
December shows start at 17:00. November artist programmes start at 18:00.

Walk from JR Osaka or Hankyu Umeda, about 8 minutes. Do not use the office lifts for the deck.
JR大阪駅・阪急大阪梅田駅から徒歩約8分。展望台はオフィス用エレベーター禁止。
The 900 yen mug sells out on busy nights. Buy before the last show if you want one.

If you only want the view, go at dusk. The plaza stays free after dark.
景色だけなら日没前後。広場は夜も無料。
